The playworld closed down before pandemic started and now the arcade is a storage area. You could drop of your kids off at the playworld for an hour or two, go lose some money and then meet up at the buffet. They can't make any decisions themselves because the phantom and unreachable tribe makes the rules. They didn't ask about occupancy or who was staying in the room. How are kids a danger? It would have been great to know that when we called and book the room. That's why I only give a 3 communication was poor and messed up me celebrating my birthday.…ĭrove an hour and a half just to find out they have a BS rule about no minors in the hotel since Covid. It was a little frustrating at check in I asked over the phone for total cost and if there was any extra fees so I would know what to bring with me they never once told me there was a 100$ incidentals fees so I had enough on my card only for the cost of the room not the extra fee sense they never once mentioned it in our conversation like I asked so I could be prepared when I booked over the phone that would of been helpful so anyways after about 10 minutes they let me pay the 100$ fee in cash so basically left me with very little money as I brought only a certain amount with me to enjoy my birthday I was upset but had drove 2 hr to get there so even though I didn't get to enjoy myself like I wanted to for my bday atleast my room was paid for and the room was very nice staff was very nice but they need to tell people about the 100$ so people can be prepared if I would had known that I could of been prepared had more money on me and really enjoyed my stay.

It would be nicer if it were attached to the hotel or casino. They have a kid center separate from the hotel and casino. The rooms are really dark though! We had to open the windows and turn on every lamp to see. You could very easily get lost in there! The rooms were clean, fully stocked with all necessities, nice shower/tub, hot water, coffee maker, shampoo, etc. The hallways are really dark and somewhat spooky. We paid ahead of time online and they let us check in since our toddler was sick.

The nice part of the experience was that they let us check in early.

We usually never have to pay this much for a hotel at a casino but we wanted to check the place out.
